Our Story

Founded by Edward Boyd in July 2010, MLS Auto Clinic is a testament to a lifelong passion for automotive excellence and genuine customer care. Located in the heart of Salem, WI, MLS Auto Clinic stands out not just as a place for car repairs, but as a community pillar where customers are treated with respect, honesty, and kindness.

Edward Boyd's journey in the automotive industry began long before MLS Auto Clinic opened its doors. With 20 years of experience at General Motors at the dealership level, Boyd gained invaluable expertise and a deep understanding of the industry. At the age of 39, he decided to channel this experience into his own venture, driven by a vision to create an auto repair shop that prioritizes people over profit.

At MLS Auto Clinic, we offer a wide range of services designed to cover every aspect of auto care. Our offerings include tires, oil changes, brake repair, diagnostics, steering and suspension and more. We utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify issues and provide effective solutions. Our team stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in automotive technology and repair techniques to ensure that we deliver the highest quality service.

What truly sets MLS Auto Clinic apart from our competitors is our unwavering commitment to his customers. At MLS Auto Clinic, customers are not seen as mere dollar signs, but as valued members of the community with unique needs and concerns. Our philosophy is simple: every customer problem is a priority, and no issue is too small or too inconvenient. We’ll always go above and beyond to ensure that every customer feels heard and supported.

This customer-centric approach is the cornerstone of MLS Auto Clinic's success. Boyd's dedication is evident in every aspect of the business, from the warm welcome customers receive upon arrival to the meticulous care taken with each vehicle. Whether it's a routine oil change, brake service, or a complex steering and suspension repair, our team at MLS Auto Clinic approaches every task with professionalism and a genuine desire to help.

Looking ahead, the future plans for MLS Auto Clinic are rooted in a commitment to remain a steadfast presence in the Salem community. Boyd envisions MLS Auto Clinic as a trusted name that local residents can rely on without hesitation. His goal is for new community members to quickly learn that MLS Auto Clinic is the go-to place for all their automotive needs, thanks to word-of-mouth recommendations from satisfied neighbors.

In a world where customer service often takes a backseat, MLS Auto Clinic shines as an example of what a local business can achieve when it prioritizes people. Under Edward Boyd's leadership, MLS Auto Clinic is not just fixing cars; it's building a stronger, more connected community one satisfied customer at a time.

Very welcoming and friendly environment. You're treated like you and your car matter. Great communication about the progress of my repairs and no issues with price, certainly less than others had "estimated". Eddie and his staff are topnotch. The fact that MLS has a strong and positive presence in the racing community is a huge bonus as well. My Jeep feels even better than it did before the repaired parts started to go south....

It is nice dealing with honest people!
